Delete your account

You can delete your Productovi Learning account at any time, on the website or in the Productovi app for Android (Google Play package com.productovi.learning). Deleting it removes your data for good and can’t be undone. You don’t need the app installed to delete your account.

1. On the website

  • Log in at productovi.com with the email or Google account you use for Productovi.
  • Open the menu under your avatar at the top right and choose Account.
  • At the bottom of the page, choose Delete my account…, type your email to confirm and choose Delete account.

2. In the Android app

  • Open Menu (the last tab).
  • Choose Delete account and confirm.

3. By email

Can’t log in? Write to serhii@productovi.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted immediately and for good:

  • your profile: email address, name, avatar and login methods;
  • your answers, lesson progress, points and certificates (certificate links stop working);
  • your login sessions on every device.

Kept:

  • AI usage records, only as anonymous cost statistics with no link to you;
  • server logs that our hosting providers keep for a limited period for security;
  • usage analytics, which are linked only to an internal ID with no email or name, until the analytics providers delete them under their retention settings.

Uninstalling the app removes the data it keeps on your device. More in our privacy policy at productovi.com/privacy.
